Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published a notification for the recruitment of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2025. - Last Date to Apply Online: 14-10-2024 (23:00)
- Last date and time for making online fee payment: 15-10-2024 (23:00)
- Dates of ‘Window for Application Form Correction’ and online payment of Correction Charges: 05-11-2024 to 07-11-2024 (23:00)
- Tentative Schedule of Computer Based Examination: January – February 2025
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 23 Years
Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-2002 and later than 01-01-2007 in normal course.
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Qualification (as on 01-01-2025)
Qualification :
1)The candidates must have passed the Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from recognized Board/ University as on or before the cut-off date i.e., 01-01-2025.
2) Candidates, who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as on the stipulated date (i.e., 01-01-2025) will not be eligible and need not apply.
Mode of selection
1) The recruitment process will consist of Computer-Based Examination (CBE), Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination (DME/ RME) and Document Verification.
2) Candidates scoring the following minimum qualifying marks (without adding bonus marks to NCC Certificate holders) in the Computer-Based Examination will be considered eligible for short-listing to the next stage (i.e., PST/ PET) of the
Examination: -
1 UR :30%
2 OBC/EWS : 25%
3 All other categories : 20%
Salary :
Pay Level -1 (Rs 18,000 to 56,900) for the post of Sepoy in NCB and Pay Level – 3 (₹21,700/- to ₹ 69,100/-) for all other posts.
