About the Role:
EY seeking talented individuals for the position of Project Analyst at our client location in Kolkata, Gurugram. This is a fixed-time employment opportunity with a term of 12 months, renewable based on performance.
Shift Timings 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm / 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- International Voice Process (Inbound).
- Minimum of 2 to 12 months of experience in a customer service role, highly preferable in an international voice process. (Freshers Please Don't Apply)
- Graduation mandatory in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
- Online Front-Ending\
- Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
